The Challenge

The Solution

  • Conducted a wireless site survey to identify gaps and interference.

  • Replaced outdated APs with WiFi 6e Ubiquiti access points for modern, high-performance coverage.

  • Installed an additional PoE switch for capacity and scalability.

  • Implemented a Ubiquiti Dream Machine to replace the unsupported firewall.

  • Redesigned the network with a standardized IP scheme and VLANs for data, VoIP, and management traffic.

  • Ensured PBX compatibility with thorough testing and troubleshooting.

  • Optimized AP placement for stronger signal (no more hidden above ceiling tiles).
